Travel plans change — we get it. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work when you book through Travogravity. If your situation isn't covered here, call us and we'll figure it out together.
1. Airline Cancellation Rules Come First
Every refund starts with the airline's own fare rules. Refundable tickets can generally be cancelled for a full or partial refund. Non-refundable fares typically return only the taxes and government fees — not the base fare. We'll always show you the fare type before you confirm payment.
2. Our Service Fee
Travogravity charges a service fee per booking. This fee covers our booking support, 24/7 assistance, and any coordination we do on your behalf with the airline. Service fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except where we've made an error on our end.
3. How to Cancel
Call us at 1-000-000-0000 or email travogravity@gmail.com with your booking reference. We'll check the fare rules, tell you exactly what's refundable, and process the cancellation on your behalf. Don't cancel directly with the airline without speaking to us first — it can complicate your refund.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we submit your refund request to the airline, it typically takes 7–21 business days to appear on your original payment method. Some airlines take longer — we'll keep you updated and follow up if things are delayed.
5. Flight Changes & Rebooking
If you'd rather change your dates than cancel, we can help with that too. Change fees depend on the airline and fare type. In many cases, rebooking is cheaper than cancelling and buying a new ticket — so always check with us before making a decision.
6. Airline-Initiated Cancellations
If an airline cancels your flight, you're entitled to a full refund of the fare regardless of ticket type. We'll handle the claim on your behalf and get your money back as quickly as the airline processes it.
7. No-Shows
Missing your flight without cancelling beforehand forfeits the ticket value in almost all cases. If something unexpected came up, contact us immediately — some airlines allow exceptions for medical emergencies with supporting documentation.
